The Red Thread is both a sanctuary and a symbol. A physical space devoted to healing, creativity, and community, and a thread that has run through my own life journey. It is quiet, intentional, and held for women standing at a threshold, those who have unravelled through motherhood, illness, grief, loss, awakening, or simply life becoming too much and are ready to return to themselves in a way that is real, embodied, and unforced.
I’m Claire - a mother, former professional dancer, and intuitive healer.
My work is shaped by lived experience rather than theory: a body that has broken open, a life that has demanded truth, and a devotion to listening beneath the surface. Dance was my first language, the place where body and soul spoke without words. Yet life invited me into other initiations - motherhood, illness, grief, and the deep healing that comes from walking through fire. Each step unravelled and rewove me into someone devoted to truth, authenticity, and the sacred feminine.
From this path, The Red Thread was born - a converted barn that holds ceremonies, circles, workshops, and gatherings for all who seek connection, remembrance, and transformation. It is more than a venue; it is a living altar, a heart-centred space rooted in authenticity, compassion, creativity, and community.
